I love Mediterranean lifestyle, but this year was so hot I thought I’d melt right there on the sidewalk like an ice cube. I had trouble sleeping at night and I found it hard to find the motivation to do anything after midday. Had I been traveling solo, you would have found me in the shade, eating olives and drinking rosé or sitting on the beach under an umbrella with a cocktail all day long. 😉 But I thank the stars my love is less affected by the heat than I am and generally a much more reasonable person altogether. 😉 Haha! And even though we had our share of self indulging, we also found the time and energy to travel around a bit.

Sunny Day in Bergen
I’m not done with Bergen and Bergen is not done with me. In fact, I’ll be there for a whole week at the end of June with my good friend Adriana and I can’t wait! 😉 Another human trafficking case, but after hours, this baby is going to do some world class eating and shopping. 😉 haha!
Hitra
I´m working on a two days case on this island in the middle of Norway and I find myself hoping it was summer and that I had a whole week off to explore it like I should! (not that I have a driving license, but still!) Hitra is just stunning! The nature is unlike everything I´ve ever seen before (I might be exaggerating, but you should know it´s not intentional, I´m generally a grateful tourist!), the houses are cutie cute and I´ve seen both fish, sea urchins, a sea star and a deer! All that in just 1,5 days! 😉 Continue reading
Sunny Saturday Stroll
Yesterday was such a lovely day and we sure made the best of it. Since V had a day off, too, we decided we should have a city day. And what better way to be urban than walking around with our fluffy polar bear? 😉
Sunny day
What a lovely day! And what better to do with it than go for a stroll with Anette and our dogs? We´re lucky to have many cosy areas around and Kampen is one of them. A former working class neighborhood, its vivid colors are refreshing and its wooden houses- quaint. Almost free for traffic and boasting with a couple of real time charm coffee shops, it´s the place to go if the sun is shining and you have a couple of hours on your hands. Just have a look for yourselves!
Stavanger charm
I promised you a couple of pictures of Stavanger, so here they are! Quaint wooden houses, old pavements and even flowers. It really felt like an early spring. Enjoy!
Oslo house
What a charming house! Only half the house is for sale, but I wouldn´t mind ending up here! Tåsen Hageby is a residential area in Oslo where usually people from the academia find a refuge. It´s close enough to the city and just a stone cast away from the woods. You´ll find cute wooden villas with apple gardens and the whole picture. Love it!
