Chocolate mousse

This must be the easiest recipe EVER! And for my part, it´s also the best! ❤ (mostly because I can actually make it, instead of just dreaming about it)



All you need is 10 minutes, a beautiful model and:

100g dark chocolate

4 spoons caster sugar

1/4 dl strong coffee

2 egg yolks

2 dl cream

Break the chocolate in smaller pieces, add the coffee and the sugar and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute. You can also melt it over a bowl of hot water, while stirring all the time. Mix the egg yolks in until you get a nice smooth cream. Put it aside to cool down. Whip the cream in a kitchen aid and blend it in. Place the mousse in pretty cups or glasses in the fridge. You can serve with candied oranges, fresh fruit or just a small cap of cognac. 😉
