It´s my first time making it and I love it! Aside from the fact that it´s super easy to put together, it tastes fantastic and I can have it for breakfast with coffee, since I never bother to eat a proper meal that early in the morning anyways. And I can take it with me to my assignments, too. On Saturday some friends are coming over from London and so I´m set for the visit, too. 😉 Haha! I´m such a practical person! Do give it a try!
Ingredients
100g butter
150 g sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
225 g flour
2 tea spoons baking powder
50 ml milk
a pinch of cinnamon powder
a pinch of cardamom powder
a pinch of ginger powder
Mix pieces of bananas with lumps of butter, then add the rest of the ingredients in a kitchen aid/bowl. Pour the content into a bread form. (If you have a bread form, you can use that, if you don´t, a pie form will be just fine. )
Bake in the oven for 1 h (if in a bread form) and 30-35 minutes if in a pie form, or until it starts smelling good in the whole kitchen.
Let it cool down and serve with vanilla ice-cream. Yummy!
Bon appetit! 😉
