Hi, darlings! How are you? I started my weekend rested, after sleeping in til 10 yesterday. I love waking up without the alarm and feel like I’ve slept through several days, it’s the best feeling! Especially since being as pregnant (read heavy) as I am now, means you need to pee at least 5-6 times a night and use an hour or two to find a comfortable sleeping position. But a good night’s sleep does wonders. Not to your pelvis (unfortunately), but to your capacity to mobilize and do something nice with your day.
Yesterday I had a brunch date with my friend Elin and we tried the new fancy place called BA3, where they both make a mean Royal Egg blings and a yummy passion fruit virgin cocktail. So I had a really good time, I even forgot about my groin pain altogether. We were placed in a cosy booth that didn’t have any direct sunlight, therefore no pictures, it was dark as in a cave. 😉
After a couple of hours of chatting, we strolled up Bygdøy allé for a bit and checked the fancy shops lined up on both sides of the street, including one that had lots of Max Mara clothes on 50%! Sadly, with my figure nothing fit! 😉 Efficient way of saving money, though! 😉 haha!
I have two things on my agenda today- made tiramisu (for the first time!) and cooking a vegetarian lasagne later on. Gordana is coming over for dinner and I want to treat her to something yummy. Otherwise, I hope to be able to translate a page or two, read some and find a comfortable way to keep my legs together so the groin doesn’t hurt. Haha!
