Apple muffins and kids

How are you doing? These days I´m trying to stay away from sweets and gluten and instead I end up baking lots and eating it, too. Last night I had two lovely ladies over for gossip and some tea and the little lady practically rearranged the house, she was so thrilled about all the stuff we have! 😉 haha! So we made apple muffins while Isabella was carrying around with Sam and Beo and the decoration stick she found, my dried hydrangeas (sigh!) and all the small vases “lying around” in the hall. 😉

Here´s the musketeer! 😉

Ingredients

125 g butter

2,5 dl flour

1-2 apples

1,5 dl sugar

2 eggs

1 tea spoon baking powder

2 spoons cream

2 spoons sugar

1 tea spoon cinnamon

Stir sugar and butter well, add one egg at a time. Sift flour and baking powder, little by little, alternate with cream.

Put the batter in big (American size) cupcakes forms, you´ll get 6 muffins. Press the apple pieces into the dough, decorate with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees C, 10-15 minutes. Voilà! Bon appetite!

And this is how they looked before we gobbled them up! 😉
