Bread crackers

I´m not sure this is the best word for the Norwegian “knekkebrød”, but let me nevertheless introduce you to the low-fat no flour phenomenon!



2 dl pumpkin seeds

2  dl sunflower seeds

2  dl  sesami seeds

4 dl water

2 1/2 spoons of Psyllium seed husks (found in health stores)

sea salt, a couple of pinches

rosemary, a couple of pinches

Mix the dry ingredients, add water and let it swell for a couple of minutes. Form a flat dough and bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, slice with a pizza slicer, then bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees. Store dry. Enjoy with cottage cheese and strawberries. Yum!
